1.the field of application

The CDS6132 series of small general lathes can be used for all kinds of turning operations, such as: inner and outer cylindrical faces, end faces and conical faces of turned parts; lathes with saddles can be used to turn large diameter or deformed parts. According to the user's request, the metric screw machine or the English screw machine can be used to complete the turning metric, inch, modulus and pitch threads. Drilling, reaming, and oil sumping are completed.

② the screen box has a visualized vertical and horizontal feed handle

③ the tailstock has a fast eccentric clamping device

④ the head box is equipped with a friction plate clutch, which can realize the positive and negative rotation of the main shaft.

⑤ The centralized lubrication outside the bedside box greatly reduces the influence of thermal deformation on the machining accuracy.

⑥ The finite element analysis and optimization of the ordering make the structure more reasonable.
